- Strip removes burned-in banners (JUST LISTED / OPEN HOUSE / PRICE REDUCED), watermarks, timestamps, phones, URLs, logos, and frames.
- What it does not
- Does not invent roof, sky, siding, or landscaping to cover the banner. If the gap is too large to fill honestly, we refuse the photo.

- Strip clears photographer watermarks, site URLs, and camera timestamps burned into the JPEG.
- What it does not
- Does not restage the room or swap finishes. Scene geometry stays the same.

Exposure, white balance, straighten, mild contrast
- What this does
- Correction adjusts exposure, white balance, straighten / verticals, mild contrast, denoise, and sharpen — same room, cleaner MLS-safe JPEG.
- What it does not
- Banned: virtual staging, inventing furniture or architecture, defect removal as a “fix,” or stamping MLS# / text onto the image.
Allowed correction
Exterior exposure + straighten
- What this does
- Same ranch exterior: lift underexposure, neutralize warm cast, straighten a slight tilt, mild contrast.
- What it does not
- No sky replacement, no fake landscaping, no on-image MLS text.

Cheaper than one Atlanta reshoot ($150–$450). Fail loudly when a photo still has people, yard signs, remaining text, blur, or a primary that is not a front exterior on GAMLS. If strip would guess a large missing wall or view, we refuse that photo and tell you to reshoot.
