Remove JUST LISTED banners from MLS photos
Burned-in JUST LISTED, OPEN HOUSE, or PRICE REDUCED banners look fine on a flyer and wrong on the board. FMLS and GAMLS want a clean property frame — not last week’s marketing overlay. If your photographer or marketing pack left a banner in the pixels, strip it before you submit.
What MLS Ready strips
- JUST LISTED / COMING SOON / OPEN HOUSE banners
- PRICE REDUCED ribbons and corner badges
- Brokerage logos and phone watermarks burned into the frame
What it does not do: invent sky, rebuild a missing wall, or virtual-stage a room. If the gap after strip is too large to fill honestly, we refuse that photo and tell you to reshoot.
Atlanta workflow
1) Drop the branded set into MLS Ready. 2) Download the clean masters. 3) Upload the same files to FMLS/GAMLS. 4) Build matching just listed graphics from the clean set — branding belongs on the pack, not in the MLS pixels.

FAQ
Can I leave the banner for social and strip only for MLS?
Yes — keep branded exports for marketing. MLS Ready is for the non-branded master you submit to the board.
Is banner strip the same as virtual staging?
No. Strip removes burned-in overlays. It does not invent furniture, finishes, or architecture.
