These terms govern your use of listing packs, free trial, photographer partner requests, and related photo cleanup on grafics.com (and MLS Ready when offered under the Grafics brand). By submitting an order, starting a trial, or uploading files, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Grafics delivers residential listing graphics packs (Just Listed → Sold, square + story) and related photo correction / artifact strip for listing photos. Packs are emailed as a ZIP after email verification (free trial) or payment ($49). Monthly listing-pack membership is $49/mo for one new listing pack each month; cancel anytime. Photographer wholesale is by mailto inquiry ($29/pack or $129/mo studio) — not a self-serve checkout on this site.
2. Free trial
One free listing pack per email after magic-link verify. No card is required to start the trial. After the free pack, additional packs are paid.
3. Listing photos and MLS use
You upload photos and listing facts. You warrant that you have the right to use them and that they accurately show the property. Grafics only corrects technical issues (exposure, white balance, straighten, crop, lens distortion, mild contrast, denoise, sharpen) and strips burned-in banners, watermarks, timestamps, and contact marks. We do not stage rooms, replace skies or lawns, add or remove structure, hide defects, or certify MLS compliance. FMLS, GAMLS, and other boards may reject files. You decide what to upload and you are responsible for those uploads and for any disclosure your board requires. If we cannot clean a file without guessing, we refuse that file or ask you to confirm.
You further warrant that you will comply with applicable FMLS rules (including no misrepresentation and no text burned onto MLS photos), GAMLS photo policy, the NAR Code of Ethics, and Georgia real estate license law, as they apply to you. Output from Grafics is not a representation that any board will accept the file.
4. Your content and license
You retain ownership of photos and listing facts you upload. You grant Grafics Media LLC a limited license to process those files solely to deliver the ordered pack or cleanup. We do not use your listing photos to train public AI models.
5. Billing and cancellation
- One-time listing packs are charged via Stripe Checkout ($49) before delivery of that paid pack.
- $49/mo membership renews monthly until you cancel; cancel anytime in Stripe customer portal or by emailing support.
- Free trial does not collect a card at start.
- Failed payments may pause membership delivery until resolved.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee board acceptance, uptime, or fitness for a particular MLS or marketing use. DEMO sample graphics on the site are illustrations, not live listings.
7. Limitation of liability
Grafics Media LLC’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or board-rejection damages, including MLS fines, withdrawn listings, or lost commissions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts in Gwinnett County, Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
