EULA — before first process

Grafics MLS Ready performs correction and artifact strip only. Allowed: exposure, white balance, lens correction, verticals, crop, mild contrast, denoise, sharpen, straighten, sRGB JPEG. Strip (when artifacts are detected): burned-in text, JUST LISTED / OPEN HOUSE / PRICE REDUCED banners, watermarks, timestamps, phone numbers, URLs, logos, frames, collage labels, photographer marks.

Banned: virtual staging, structural changes, fixture/finish swaps, fake views, defect removal, people/pets as a fix, any text added onto the image. We do not invent sky, grass, rooms, furniture, windows, or finishes. If strip would guess a large missing wall or view, that photo fails and you must reshoot.

You are the listing broker/agent. You remain liable under your local MLS, NAR true-picture (including Standard of Practice 12-13), and your state license law. In Georgia that includes FMLS, GAMLS, and GAR where they apply. Grafics does not certify that a listing will be accepted, ranked, or remain live on any MLS, and does not claim every board's full rulebook.

Listing photos and MLS use. You upload photos and listing facts. You warrant that you have the right to use them and that they accurately show the property. Grafics only corrects technical issues (exposure, white balance, straighten, crop, lens distortion, mild contrast, denoise, sharpen) and strips burned-in banners, watermarks, timestamps, and contact marks. We do not stage rooms, replace skies or lawns, add or remove structure, hide defects, or certify MLS compliance. FMLS, GAMLS, and other boards may reject files. You decide what to upload and you are responsible for those uploads and for any disclosure your board requires. If we cannot clean a file without guessing, we refuse that file or ask you to confirm.

You further warrant that you will comply with applicable FMLS rules (including no misrepresentation and no text burned onto MLS photos), GAMLS photo policy, the NAR Code of Ethics, and Georgia real estate license law, as they apply to you. Output from Grafics is not a representation that any board will accept the file.

Georgia dual-MLS note: choosing Both produces one sRGB JPEG pack meant for a coordinator to drop into FMLS and GAMLS. Rules still differ. GAMLS/Both (and Generic elsewhere) require a daylight front-exterior as the recommended primary. For non-Georgia states, Generic means strictest common photo hygiene only — local MLS may have additional rules. MLS numbers are never stamped onto pixels. Grafics does not certify MLS acceptance.
