AI images

- Since 2026-09-01, digitally altered photos (including virtual staging) need: the original first, then the altered photo with the Flexmls system watermark, plus the exact phrase 'Photos are Digitally Altered' in Public Remarks.As of 2026-04-21 · Source
Photo edits
- Not 'digitally altered': brightness, contrast, color, crop, sharpen, realistic sky changes, removing yard signs or clutter. Changes to structure, landscaping or views are digitally altered.As of 2026-08-05 · Source

Branding
- No personal, business, office or franchise branding or wording of any kind on photos. Virtual tours may show only the listing company name/logo and/or agent name (tick 'This virtual tour contains branding').As of 2026-08-05 · Source
