Virtual staging
- Disclose digitally altered photos, including virtual staging, with the MLS system-provided 'Digitally Altered' watermark on the photo AND put the original unaltered photo immediately before or after (Rule 8.23(n)). Photo edits
- Routine brightness, contrast, color, crop, sharpening and sky/color grading are generally not Digitally Altered (policy FAQ). Do not materially misrepresent condition, structure, views or neighbors unless disclosed per 8.23(n) (Rule 8.23(f)); removing power lines needs the disclosure and original pair.As of 2026-05-28 · Source
Branding
- No text, images or watermarks except ARMLS-provided ones (8.23(e)). Media may not point to agent or broker identity, contact or branding (8.23(a)-(b)); no people except in the background (8.23(c)); for-sale signs only if fully obscured; copyright and other company watermarks prohibited.As of 2026-05-28 · Source
