Home / Listing pack vs DIY
Should you use a done-for-you listing pack, edit templates yourself, or pay for monthly marketing automation?

Start with the work that needs to get done, not the feature list.
Choose the listing pack when you want finished listing graphics without rebuilding a template. Choose DIY templates when design time is part of your process. Choose monthly automation when you need an ongoing program beyond one listing.
Send photos and address; receive finished square and story graphics for five listing events.
Pick a kit, edit the listing details, export the files, brand them, and publish them yourself.
Use a recurring seat that generates or schedules marketing from listings over time.
| Need | Done-for-you listing pack | DIY templates | Monthly automation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the design work? | Grafics delivers finished posts. | You edit, brand, and export. | The tool generates or schedules content. |
| Best when | You have a new listing and want one consistent look. | You want control and have design time. | You want always-on social or email activity. |
| Pricing shape | First pack free after you verify email. Every pack after that is $49. | Usually a one-time template purchase plus your time. | A recurring monthly seat. |
| MLS photo cleanup | No. Use separate MLS Ready. | No. Handle cleanup separately. | Usually separate or absent; confirm on that product. |
| Virtual staging | No. A Grafics pack does not add furniture or architecture. | You add it yourself if you want it. | Only if that product sells it; it is not part of a Grafics pack. |
Scope note: this comparison is about listing graphics delivery. It does not compare every feature in a template kit or monthly marketing seat.
Start with one free pack, or send this listing through the paid order path.
MLS Ready is photo cleanup, not virtual staging. It applies mild correction and strips banners or watermarks for a more board-upload-friendly master. It is a separate product, not included in the listing pack. Open MLS photo cleanup or read the Atlanta photo cleanup guide.
For Atlanta workflows, the listing pack is FMLS/GAMLS-aware; the cleanup path is for board-upload preparation. Follow your broker and current board guidance.
A done-for-you listing pack is 10 graphics (5 events × square + story): Just Listed, Open House, Price Change, Pending, and Sold. You send photos and the address; finished graphics are emailed for that listing.
DIY means you choose a template, edit the listing details, export the files, apply your brand, and publish. A done-for-you pack means finished posts are delivered for the listing.
Monthly automation is an ongoing marketing suite that generates or schedules content from listings. A pack is a per-listing delivery of matching graphics for the listing lifecycle.
The pack is emailed in minutes after you send the photos and address and verify email for the free path or complete payment for the paid path.
No. MLS Ready is a separate seat for photo cleanup, not virtual staging, and it is not included in the listing pack.
Photo cleanup means mild correction plus banner and watermark strip so existing photos are more board-upload friendly. It does not invent furniture or architecture.
