By accessing grafics.com or grafics.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Grafics Media LLC provides grafics.com (AI tool resource hub) and grafics.ai (AI Pitch Deck Studio). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share account credentials.
• You must not use our services for illegal purposes.

4. Intellectual property

All content on grafics.com — including articles, reviews, and code — is owned by Grafics Media LLC unless otherwise stated. Content generated by you using our AI tools is yours, subject to any restrictions imposed by underlying AI model providers.

5. Affiliate relationships

grafics.com participates in affiliate programs. We earn commissions when you click affiliate links and make purchases. This does not affect our editorial positions. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (e.g., Grafics.ai Studio) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review AI output before use.

8. Limitation of liability

Grafics Media LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
